The lady at the desk has a major attitude problem. 2 other H&R Block locations within a mile. I suggest one of those instead. Tax season must be getting to this lady. Yikes!

My tax preparer is well knowledged and explains any questions I have. She fixed all my previous years taxes that I had done on my own, that were incorrect. It's always a very quick, simple, and easy process to get my taxes done every year.

Because I like the benifits you offer as far as piece of mind and so on ..... The people are nice and they get there job done ... The ladies know what they are doing get your biggest tax check and they do it in a timely manner.
