“I thought the closing went smooth.They were able to schedule right away. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that after we closed and had the keys to the house we got a call while they were recording the title at the courthouse that they found many tax leans in my name which is very common and they had to verbally confirm it was not me for all these lean addresses. Maybe I don’t know the process, and if so I will update my rating, but thought they should have known that ahead of time. When getting a clean title I thought this should not have put us in panic mode.”
