The ladies at this office did the best they possibly could to help me fix my return wapak messed up and Allentown didn't have time to bc of a personal appt!!!The ladies here was so sweet, nice and just plain out VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING FILING WITH JACKSON HEWITT SCHEDULE WITH ONE OF THESE TWO LADIES TODAY THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT !!!!

The tax preparer was very professional and told us everything that she was doing as she was doing it. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. Will probably be using them again next year

The girl who did my return was very professional. She did not rush through my paperwork. She took her time to make sure everything was right and if she wasn't sure she asked questions. She also answered all questions that I had about my return. I was at the one on Cable Rd. in Lima,Ohio and highly recommended them.
