JCPenney is a well organized department store with a vast inventory and many styles of clothing to choose from, including national and private brands. It offers a wide range of makeup, footwear, jewelry, accessories, and other items, providing something for everyone. The associates are very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store remains remarkably clean and well organized even during high traffic. Sale prices are comparable with competitors. Some aisles are noted as too narrow, which can be tight for wheelchairs. The dressing rooms have limited seating. Management is responsive in addressing any pricing issues.
Nicole in the hair salon is an absolute wizard with the clippers. Great customer service and I highly recommend anyone who has had bad previous haircut experience to go to her.

I had a return to process. The help couldn't have been more helpful. I recommend the store to everyone. They have everything you could ever possibly want for your house or closet. I love their men's dress shirts with the stretchy neck. I don't buy my dress shirts from anybody else.
