They don't stand behind their products.
Which is a shame; I really liked the service i got at the time of sale.
Thankfully there are other tire shops.

I wouldn't even give a star but it made me in order to leave the review we went to this shop for 2 new tires in the front of our Lexus and less than 24 hours later we had a shake and looked at the tires and had to put air in them and realized the tires were dry rotten and had cuts in them went back to the shop and the people were rude and wanted to yell and cuss and act just crazy I'm guessing cause they seen my Kentucky tag we took the car to another tire place and they informed us that the tires were from 2018 and my luggage nuts were broken from Katz I don't recommend this place at all no professionalism at all

Was told they have something I see online and get there to not have it and get sold something different because I needed tires for 2 of them to be junk and a time before had a bad experience with saying something in stock and it's not then try to sell u something more expensive come on now and always can never give u a exact price on the phone for anything it's always some kind of excuses why but any other tire shop can sounds like u just charge what u want to charge deff won't be doing anymore business with any of them

So I got a couple used tires a few weeks ago from there after they put the tires on my traction control light kept coming on and never done that before so I finally decided to take my cap off and check my lug nuts and sure enough all my lug nuts on my front driver side tire was all loose so if you go to cats tires in Lima Ohio Make sure they use a twerk wrench to tighten your Lugnuts because I’m up and down the highways all the time back-and-forth to work and I can have my kids in that car. Make sure that the Lugnuts are tightened before their vehicle is taken out of that shop.

Told us that had our size tires, drove out of our way, got there and didn't have them. Just goes to show they don't care.

Bought a set of 22x12 and had them mount and balance them. Left there and I could tell they were out of balance. Bad vibration. Took them to another tire place 4 days after that has done good at balancing my wheels in the past. They said all 4 wheels were off. Rides night and day better now. Definitely won't be going back

These guys was great. They let me know cost of tires and rim needed. They kept my informed of process. They even went out of their way to come and pick me up after taxi didnt show up. Friendly and knowledgeable. They will be my go to now for tires!

They got me in and out pretty quickly. The hole in my tire was to big too patch so they hooked me up with a good used tire for a reasonable price and got me back on the road. Would definitely recommend them and return back myself
