The staff at the Lima store is so professional, helpful and friendly and go above and beyond their call of duty to keep your jewelry clean, sound and brilliant looking. Jessica and Julie have a terrific staff that serves this community beautifully. I recommend this KAY jewelry store.

Jessica did an awesome job.She was understanding with my kids helped me out with my rings. Even though I wasn't for sure on the one she made sure that was the one I wanted took the time and explain how it would look in person because I ordered offline she did an amazing job.I would definitely come back Ten out of Ten
