This was an excellent moving experience. They came to our home to create an accurate quote. Because the weight was a bit less, they adjusted cost down. Jan was kind and patient with all of our phone calls. Steven and Will did a phenomenal job of loading/unloading. They were kind, personable and made sure everything was satisfactorily prior to leaving. Highly recommend.

Lanes helped me relocate from Fort Wayne Indiana to La Crosse Wisconsin. It’s went perfect! Everything was on time, courteous, professional, nothing was broken and the cost was less than I was expecting. Plus price was locked in which guarantees no surprises. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

On 8/20/2022 Lane's Allied Movers from Lima Ohio arrived punctually to load my 3800+ square foot house full of my precious items on their semi. I was impressed with the professionalism and care given my possessions by Todd, Jolene, Tracy and Haley. They worked very well as a team, were pleasant and respectful to my belongings, myself and each other. I am so very pleased and only wish that I had found them before being scammed by "a top rated online broker." I am very satisfied and grateful for their professionalism and for alleviating my anxiety.

Wow! Great company and knowledgeable, professional staff. Jan set up an appt for Mark to come to my home and give me an estimate. I had been the victim of an online supposedly reputable company who scammed me for $2400+ to “reserve” the truck so it was difficult for me to trust anyone. When Mark arrived, I immediately knew this was a company that I could trust with my precious possessions. After receiving a really reasonable estimate, the process was explained. Later I spoke to Jan who set everything in motion. I am so very happy, such a relief to find a company not owned by a broker, who I can trust. Thank you Mark and Jan for alleviating my fears!!

We hired them to pack and to load our trucks and enclosed trailer for a cross country move. When we arrived at our destination approximately 2000 miles later, we discovered that nothing that was placed in the trailer had been properly packed or wrapped even though we provided many moving blankets for them to use. Needless to say after many miles of travel, several items had continuously rubbed and caused much wear damage. Also damaged were some very nice rolling tool chests that again were not secured or wrapped.Contacted them multiple times and was told they were not responsible.Poor customer service and no accountability for the service they were contracted to perform.
