I took my 25 CT5 in for 7500 mile service supposed to do a tire rotation. It was not done and I am 100% sure because I had a curb rash on right rear tire, checked that today the tires were not rotated. My receipt showed it was done as well. Hmm, such an easy task but I have to question the integrity here. Now I question anything that was or was not done. Highly disappointed this time!

Service Dept and Techs serviced my vehicles complete recomended fuel system cleaning. Also checked and Repaired the Ac issuse of not blowing very cold air. Now I get alot better gas mileage and Ac working like new.

Went to yager and got a estimate for body work 3 grand my Erie ins wanted me to go to automall for estimate guy automatically claimed axel damage to it and they totaled it yager said nothing about that took it to omers in delphos nothing wrong with axel or frame I believe automall and erie stuck it to me just so Erie could write it off and not fix it they never looked just wrote expensive fix for it thanks automall and Erie ins for working together to screw people what a shame on you be carefully when your insurance wants you to use there people seems kinda like it was already set up very disappointing to me stay with your people not insurance choice fyi

Great showroom staff, the service group are very pleasant to work with. Bought a used car here. Pleasant, no hassle buying experience. The Parts Department offers many OEM parts. Met with the body shop crew, and they were friendly.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TRANSACTION! This was my first time here, but it will not be my last. Wonderful people, and a nice selection of used vehicles. Corina, Brett, Ryan, Josh worked hard to get the pricing where we needed to get, and Charles McClung in finance made it possible--with a minimum of pain, a lot of patience and genuine kindness. ALSO, every time I have called in, I have spoken to someone who actually cares and who makes sure that I get my questions answered. This group is the Real Deal, and I am so impressed with every one of them. ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VEHICLES.

Got a cadilac ats from here is great but us starting to have transmission problems tried to make a appointment for it but they don't have a opening for another month or 2... terrible now I'm out of a car
