Not a good experience, took the item I was purchasing to the counter as if I was going to steal it, I planned on purchasing a few more items but that cut my shopping short. I live right down the street, they lost a potential loyal customer.

Can't get someone on the phone for an estimate and can't get a call back. That's your loss lima lumber, a $10,000 loss. I'll spend somewhere that has time for me.
