We were not an emergency(broken bone in foot),however after being taken to our room in the er no one came in to check on us or to acknowledge that we were there. Got to the back at 900pm or a little before and it was 1045 before anyone came into the room and that was the doctor.

Kathleen Schour was very knowledgeable, understanding, kind and compassionate. I felt she was honestly concerned for my well being.

Showed up early at 8:30 am, appointment was 11am signed in at 8:30am and had to again at 12noon. I had to fast for this they forgot me. Now after 12 still waiting. Don't recommend. Radiology and imaging.
