On Saturday June 29th, I took my 1998 truck there for an oil change, the technician ran my oil plug in and cracked my oil pan. They reviewed my records which showed they were the only people that changed oil in this vehicle. I was told to leave the vehicle there and that something would be done to resolve this issue (they admitted fault)
Following Monday- The managers were very professional, but the owner of the location refused to do anything or accept it was their fault, because of the trucks age. Very disappointed in his actions and won’t recommend this business to anyone. I was a 10 year customer but I won’t be back. Again, managers did what they could but poor ownership and business decision on the owners part.

Excellent service by the entire team at the Lima Pennzoil. Got me in and out in 20 minutes or so. Their whole team have great personalities.

Called their listed phone number for my area and I believe it still went to a type of answering service. The woman I spoke with was super kind and helpful! She answered all of my questions AND she helped me find a better deal than what I had found online. Great job and keep up the great work!!

I think this is the first time I've ever enjoyed getting an oil change. It was about 10 minutes and I got to stay in my warm car! They very fast, friendly and efficient at what they do. This is now my go to place for oil changes. Highly, highly recommend.

They do a good job when they work with a sense of urgency. But last time I was here, there were 2 people working, a car in each bay, and both employees were outside smoking and just standing around. Really has declined the last couple years.Service: Oil change
