Less than 3 hours after picking our car up the motor sounds like it’s blown and oil is all over the ground. They “fixed” an oil leak is what we were told. Also at pick up told it sounds louder than normal just drive it around and let to oil get flowing you may eventually need a new motor. LMAO not even 3 hours later though? They will be held responsible especially with everything said at pick up on recording you can tell he was trying to cover everyone’s behinds they knew something more was wrong it’s was obvious. Never go to some corner store in Lima with your vehicle. 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Changed my water pumped and serviced mt transmission. Easy pick up and drop off. Easy to schedule with in a timely manner. Excellent work and very friendly staff.

Michigan to West Virginia trip to pick up my son for Christmas break. I broke down hundreds of miles from anyone that could even help me.
These fellas went above and beyond! They fixed my car, kept me informed, and got me back on my journey the next morning!
But forever grateful for keeping me safe while stuck overnight. Able wrecker was a blessing with offering a ride to the hotel and Lima Transmission picked me up the next day!!
They treated me like a human and not 💰💲💲. All I needed was a rear wheel speed sensor. But was expecting far worse. Their honesty and generosity kept Christmas with my son a reality, didn't empty the money I've been saving for a down payment for the house I'm buying in WV in March etc.
This review is long enough already🤣.
THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO, BUT THEY DID! ❤️❤️❤️ And this momma is grateful!!

We took our 2015 chevy traverse to have a new transmission put in. Overall they got the job done quickly. However they did not do an alignment on our vehicle after the put the new transmission in and it caused our vehicle to mess up while we were on the highway. It caused the traction control and service stabilitrack to come on, which significantly decreased our speed on the highway. We couldn't even do 60. As I was told the alignment should have been done after the new transmission was put in. Now we have the chance of the new transmission being damaged because they did not align the vehicle like they were supposed to.

Bobby has installed a transmission on my 2004 F250 and a motor in my 1999 F250. They do great work and prices are good. Very thorough with letting you know if there are other issues with vehicle. Very polite and courteous. Highly recommend them !!!!!

Do not take your vehicle to them if you want it done right. They get it done fast but they will get it done sloppy. I took my truck to them twice and it's still not fixed.

Do not recommend this place, very rude customer service from the front desk and they don’t explain anything to you if you need to drop off your vehicle and they say through phone first come first serve. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Rob and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Truthfully, they talked me out of fixing my vehicle but gave me some pointers for temporarily band aiding it. Most shops would have probably underestimated the repairs and got me so far into the repair that I would have had more in the vehicle than its current value. Great, stand up men and caring people at this shop.
