The folks at the Lima store are great to work with 0- I had several questions that I probably could of found through my own research but they gave me quick responses and were patient with the questions I was asking - they know their stuff and can direct you to the right resources you will need. Thanks to Lisa for being so helpful.

Do not go with this company. I have been waiting for weeks to get a study done. When they finally called me and schedule a time, they gave me a broken machine. When I called them about it, they told me that I had to put new batteries in because they did not have any. When put new batteries in the machine, it still did not work. I told them I think the finger machine is not good. Could I have another one. They told me no. I need call and make another appointment.I have been calling every day to get another time schedule. They told me that a patient is refusing to give the machine back. I can't make this up.

I have had a wonderful experience with Lincare! From Melissa to Donte!Melissa has come to my home to see how I was doing, and Donte delivers my oxygen and he is great!

I have been incredibly grateful for Wendy and the staff here. My son was diagnosed with an airway condition when he was just a few months old requiring home o2 and other equipment. The staff has listened to all my questions and concerns and have gone above and beyond for my little guy and our family. Wendy has even taken it upon herself to make phone calls for me when orders and things weren't getting to her in time so my son could get set up quickly and the help he needed. They have eased so much stress and worry from my husband and I!-The Neubauer family.

Lincare of Lima is the worst Oxygen Service. Not only My opinion but also That of The Council on Ageing. Never know who to call for Tanks from one week to the next because of their confusions. They won't give a delivery time, just a date, waiting one half a day one way or the other. Been lied to from the Manager and run out of weekly supplies. Care Givers that do not Care about p[atients. Only protocol at their convenience. Something Should Be Done! Nobody should have to go through what They have put Me through.

Sent letters saying I was late paying my AUTOMATIC payment. So, ofc, I paid manually. Then they took it out again! How much fun! Sat for 40 minutes on hold w/ corporate billing, and 40 minutes on hold with this office. No answer at either. Please, if your provider has sent you to Lincare, CALL YOUR INSURANCE AND GET A LIST OF WHERE ELSE YOU CAN GO! Do NOT do business with them! I should have listened to the endless complaints of others when I told them who I got my Cpap from.Edit: Lincare has replied that I can contact them to discuss this directly, on a review in which I explain that I was unable to contact them to discuss this directly. How helpful!

I wish we could give zero stars. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I understand CPAP machines are not readily available but just to have someone that answers the phone say “oh we don’t have any I can send your order somewhere else” when it was ordered more than two months ago and they have told me that it would be at least two - three more months until one is available. 1 fix your customer service 2. Have staff actually find out when products would be available.

I feel your pain mom of5. I also would give 0 stars!! I finally did get a cpap but cannot get supplies after 6 months of trying to get my insurance fixed. (They had me down as medicaid and I'm not) they said I could get supplies when its fixed. It's hard to get anything fixed if they don't answer the phone!! I finally got a hold of someone and they said I could only get a filter. I have had my cpap for 6 months and even though they call me for supplies they haven't sent any because my insurance is not correct. You would think they would fix it!! I have so far today been on hold 6 times and hung up on twice!! Still no supplies! Go somewhere, anywhere else!!

Save yourself a lot of frustration call a different supplier...I feel so bad for the infant child and his mother who waits and waits. I to experienced all of these awful issues...it was terrible. I switched companies. Then waited several weeks before they would come and collect tanks & equipment.

Does anybody actually answer the phones with this company. The last two times we have tried to call my wife was on hold for 40 minutes and got hung up on and I was on hold for over an hour and nobody even picked up the phone. If you have other options I would completely and totally avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible Company to deal with. No one every answer the phones. I have tried all numbers listed and no one answers. Contacted my bank to close my credit card, since no one will answer the phone, and my monthly bill has changed.
