Had an 8:00 AM appointment and arrived around 8:15. They still got me into a door within minutes. Unloaded by 9:28 AM and then I was parked on the side waiting for dispatch. I ended up reloading at the same facility — dropping off empty pallets and picking up product headed back to Danville, IL. That second load was also completed in under 2 hours.
