“We moved out of the Lima area a couple years ago and my teenage daughter was recently having to get regular labs every three months and our local labs were just terrible (I tried 3 different locations). My daughter has difficult veins so it was just miserable. I decided to just make the hour long trip to this lab because she'd never once had any issue here in the past. It was well worth the drive. The woman who did it made it so quick and painless it was a night and day difference to her recent experiences. I'm not sure if it's because they specialize with working with small children, but the people who take the samples at this lab are so good at what they do. Highly recommend for any children who need labwork.”

“Had a return visit today 8/17 and the visit was much better. No wait time and the woman working dis a great job figuring out why my order wasnt showing up and did the best blood draw I think I have ever had.

8/10 - Made and appointment for 10:30 and as off 11:30 I'm still sitting in the full waiting room. No one has been called back in almost 30 minutes. Walk-ins were called back before people with appointments. I have a sample I had to bring that needs refrigerated and no one has taken it from me yet. This is a terrible business and a shame it's the only place we are sent in Lima.”
