It’s frustrating that you go in excited to book rentals for your wedding and you stand there for about five minutes before anyone gets up out of their chairs to even acknowledge you. Also disappointing that there are no samples of rentals out anymore to see in person. Suits can look much different in person than on a paper. Staff less than interested in helping

I am very disappointed. The first time we walked in the get a suit jacket for my now husband, they did not get out of their chairs to help us. The second time we went in after looking at the other places nearby, the manager was there and they jumped up to help us. They picked out suit jackets to try and did tailor measurements that made the jacket arms so short that they rode all the way up to his elbows when he raised his arms. Fast forward 3 weeks, we go back in to get a return or at the very least a refund and they told my husband no because it was a tailored jacket. This was within the 90 day return policy. A $300 jacket that cannot be used and we have nothing to do with it. The least you would have done is issue a refund for a mistake your seamstress made.

Bought a tailored suit jacket. After taking it home, found out that the sleeves had been made too short upon raising my arms, the sleeves went to my forearms. Attempted to return and was turned away and told to “try to sell it on Facebook marketplace.”

Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time, it’s worth the extra drive to go to Twirl in Kenton. More options, better fit and the NICEST people.

No issues with the Tux for my wedding. Fitment was good on all except for two of them. Staff however is completely unable to handle a customer properly. When I went in to pick up the suits I wasn't greeted, stood in line and waited, watched 2 other people come in after me get helped all without an acknowledgement. When I spoke up I was still left to stand there while other people were helped who had come in after. Once I got everything and stood in line again to checkout with one of my groomsmen the girl at the counter mumbled under her breath she was going home. Walked away from counter and reappeared a few minutes later with no acknowledgement she literally left two of us standing there waiting to check out. After about 20 minutes the (what I would assume is but clearly not qualified) manager came out of the back completely dumbfounded that 3 different sets of customers were in the store. This was after I made multiple calls to the store trying to figure out what was going on.Now I am seeing charges on my credit card with no explanation, I have never received emails saying the items were ready for pickup. The computer system they use is a joke, and they always like to ask if i've been looking for the email. I imagine an explanation of why my card was charged is in the email I surely will never get.

Honestly, probably the worst experience or service I’ve had in a Men’s Wearhouse.I should say, lack of service.I went in and explained to the lady, working, what I was looking for, for my profession, for some outfits, mentioned that I was looking for a suit or other items for summertime.She proceeded to sit in her chair, and tell me that there was a clearance rack with some items and pointed to things in the store.So I went and looked and had no service the rest of the time that I was there trying on shirts.Will not be returning anytime soon.

I don't know where to begin. Bought a suit here, they took measurements and then covid hit..we didn't get the suit for months, which was fine because the wedding we were going to got canceled. He just tried it on, he is the same size..but the arms are too long and the pants are way too long. Very disappointed. He didn't change sizes, even if he would have..he wouldn't have lost inches off of his arm length or somehow gotten shorter.

I had a good experience purchasing some dress shirts. The staff was pleasant and attentive; the clothing was reasonably priced and fairly high quality. Surprisingly, it was only slightly more expensive than a Kohl’s or even Walmart but the fit was precise by neck and arm measurements, not L or XL…. I’ll easily pay a couple more dollars for the customer service and quality fit

I would highly advise NOT using their tux rental. Tux arrived 3 days before event. No option for alterations. Pants very boxy and cut too short. Vest was a size too big. Didn't feel like a $250 rental. Overpriced for the quality you receive.Tux rental: 1 star.I did purchase a jacket at a later date. The guy helping me was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. I would rate that experience 5 stars.
