Dave is incredibly rude. Appointment was at 11am to check all 4 tires. 1 1/2 hours later to find out they need replacing. It's mom's car. She has done business with them for many years. I don't recommend them. They don't do work requested and then charge customers for them not doing what they had been previously asked to do.

My tires were running weird so came in for a tire balance and luckily my warranty made the tire balance free. Fast and free is perfect. Don’t live in Lima but will definitely stop by if need help again.

Went to get a tire adjustment and when they did it they broke the break line because it was rusty and then tried to claim they would be able to fix it for an estimate cost of almost $1000 ? my dad is good with cars and said he can get a part for $60 and fix it. This place is a scam

rough going even the simple requires many call backs and the knowledge of the techs included not coding the computer to the proper programs so others will have to finish repairs...clearly slipping away down the slope of over work and under qualified!

You guys, this place is AWFUL. 2 months ago my man took his car there he paid 1,400 hundred dollars for them to fix the radiator and hoses and what not. When he got it home none of the bolts they messed with were tightened they were LOSE. None of the transmission hoses were tightened right. If he wouldn’t have looked under the hood it would’ve been bad. To this day he’s having problems with it. The transmission hose is leaking because they never tightened it. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Customer service was so bad and slow and discourteous that I left before my car was even serviced. I changed my mind after waiting a hour and a half.

Got me in quickly but when I came back in to ask a question the gentleman was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there a quick 2 second question I waited about 5 mins.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I paid for 4 brand new tires with a warranty. It hasn’t been 40 days and one of them popped at the rim was told it was from my driving. Refused to honor my warranty only gave me the option to buy a new one. Didn’t look at the tire or anything. Gave me one options without even inspecting the tire. I will never buy tires from here again. One guy in the phone was really nice told me to bring my tire in. The manager said nope new tire that’s it. Refused to give me the corporate number and everything. Said he didn’t know who to call.

They signed me up for a michels tires credit card. I charged an oil change on it. I came to pay days later and the man at the computer told me i had to wait because it was too soon. I needed to wait a month for the system to update. In a month their credit ppl called me and they had reported my debt that i tried to pay to the credit bureau. So my credit took a hit because the michels employee told me not to pay when i literally just came to pay. I called and complained and they didnt care. Ill pass on michels. They did me dirty. Id be dumber than a soup sandwich to go back.Service: Oil change

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. The people were nice enough, I called ahead of time cause my car is kind of in an urgent situation, however I was NOT told that just running a scan would be ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, which is just ridiculous. I understand how the labor for mechanics is, but upon the diagnostic coming back and being told that I need a new control module, I was told the entire fix up would be basically 1000 dollars. Which is more than what I paid for the car. It’s a beater sure, but i have NEVER paid for more than 300 to fix something up. I could have just driven back to the normal repair shop I go to and had them do the diagnostic for free, but now I’m out 100 dollars for basically what I already knew what was wrong with the car. The employees WERE nice, but that’s the only good thing I can say. I came to them a little before 3, my car wasn’t even pulled into the shop until 4:30, and the diagnostic wasn’t even done until 6. The only reason why I wouldn’t give 0 stars if I could would be how nice the employees were. But it’s almost backhanded seeing as I was basically scammed. NEVER coming here again and I’m definitely telling everyone I go to avoid that place at all costs.
