Some guy came out and yelled at us for parking in their parking lot and when we said okay to moving the car elsewhere, he responded with an angry remark about it being common sense and walked off. Was fine that we had to move the car but him getting huffy and coping an attitude was ridiculous. I was even like oh this place is right by my school so i can get work done on my car easier! Nope yeah not ever doing that.

I needed service fast and that day because I had an appointment somewhere else and they couldn't do it because of understaffed so walked in Monro's and took my car in right away found the problem and fixed it. Also, they provided a ride home while I waited and drove my car to me after they were done. Thank you so much getting back on road the same day!!!

Fella just hung up on me. Told him 4x4 light came on and wanted a diagnosis in order to determine if I was ok to keep driving it. He told me they don't fix transmissions. I said that's fine just looking 4a diagnosis in order 2 make an informed decision. He said frustratingly '...but we don't fix transmissions'. I said, 'understood can I get a diagnosis please? He said only have a lube guy here AND we don't fix transmissions.
I asked again and he said we have a diagnosis machine but don't fix transmissions then hung up. Happened 15 minutes ago. Maybe he was having a bad day😑

Call to ask about prices of oil change, and Joe hung up on us twice after saying that their prices were high do not recommend customer service is rude and unprofessional

Took my car in for an oil change they got on it quickly after it was done we talked for a few and they help me look up tires that was best for my car guys are that were in the shop at the time pretty cool about everything as far as pricing did not cost me an arm and a leg but I will be going back due to the people that was there

Great experience called all around trying to prices mounting and balancing on a full set a tires and everywhere wanted an arm and a leg to do it called monro they had availability right away went in after work they had all 4 tires replaced and on the vehicle in about 30 minutes Chris was very friendly if your looking to get tires done monro is the place couldn't have had any better of an experience anywhere else

Called them and went on on the spare of the moment to get my exhaust welded and it was close to closing time and still took me in and did a great job like new great service.
