The materials needed were delayed in shipment twice, which caused two schedule changes. After I received the material an additional schedule changed occurred because the techniocian could not make it. However, when he made it he performed the repair quickly and cleanly.

Shaun came as scheduled, diagnosed my refrigerator problem in minutes and ordered the replacement part. The part came the next day, he was back the day after and completed the repair in 30 minutes.
