Rick at this Napa dealer went out of his way to accommodate my husband in replacing our alternator on our truck. It was after closing time and we were broke down hauling a cow and 4 lambs from Tennessee to Michigan. He leant my husband the tools to change out the alternator in the parking lot. It was hot outside and we needed to get these animals back on the road again.
