“I had a great experience at the store today. I walked in to the Lima store not really knowing what I needed I had an idea of what I wanted , but I didn't know exactly what I needed. I was greeted by Dan with a hello can I help you, and a smile and ready to help me with anything I needed. I explained to him what I needed and he told me my options. He was awesome. He gave me ideas and even helped me with the best prices. He lead me to the printing department where I met Michaela. and she was as sweet as can be, and very helpful to me. Those two will never know and understand what they did for me today, and how much it meant to me. My late son would have been graduating this year from Lima senior and Lima senior school is celebrating him so I had something that I wanted done in memory of him and a picture printed out for him and I didn't know how to go about it I wanted canvas or a banner or what when I gave them the ideas that I had in mind Dan helped me with the best options and McKayla printed it out called me did exactly what she was supposed to do. And was always so nice and sweet the whole time and it meant a whole lot to me. They were very patient and kind. Thank you for having such great employees”
