I was towed in yesterday afternoon, and repaired today, Very quick to diagnose and repair the issues, all techs and office folks were very friendly. Stayed at a local hotel last night which provided shuttle svc from and back to dealer with a great room for under $100
If I have one complaint, they need more comfortable furniture in the Drivers lounge.

Scott, and his mechanic 's are great. My truck is actually fixed, and after thousands of dollars at other dealerships the truck is running great, no more engine warning light on, and I would recommend Ohio Peterbilt (Lima) to anyone who wants there truck fixed right the first time.

Ken Herold is a great salesperson, not pushy, considering purchasing a truck from the dealer. Doing my due diligence if purchase will update review. Didn't purchase a truck from there. I just couldn't get a good deal. In my opinion, it was extremely overpriced. FYI, the truck is still there for sale from 9/2022.

Got a 2018 sitting there now & this is the 4th time it's broken down, 3 times for the same reason & they can't get it in till Monday or Tuesday. ALL THE DEALERSHIPS LIE & BEND YOU OVER!!! My suggestion is never buy a newer truck cuz apparently they don't know how to fix them right, they just put a really expensive band-aid on it!!!!! I've told this shop to look at a noise that was never heard before & they didn't & it broke down ½ way across PA & $15K later all we get from this place is basically we don't care!!!!!!!
