Every time I go in there I see dirty stained up swings, nasty shoes and the prices are almost as much as brand new clothes. I try to sell my non stained clothes to them and they never take them. I will no longer shop there.

I don’t understand why so many people leave bad reviews in regards to selling there items. I just don’t think a majority of people understand that there is a middle ground when selling. That way everyone can profit. I’ve brought plenty of my old kids clothes and such there and I’ve never had an issue. And they save me time and energy of trying to sell privately.

Brought some items in recently (some of them brand new with tags) the staff was friendly when I dropped items off. However upon pickup it became apparent they did not go thru the Bins. They also don't compensate fairly per OUAC policy of 1/3 of their selling price. When questioned, I was informed it was a franchise location and their owner could set their own rules. Not sure OUAC corporate would agree with that. I took my items home. Stick to Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Findlay, or Ft. Wayne. Too bad, too as I was going to purge my house. Their store is pretty barren. Zero stars.

They offered me like $3 for a bin full of stuff. Don't waste your time.

Can’t comment on selling, but as a buyer this location is amazing. Massive selection and they’re organized and friendly. Much larger than Indianapolis locations.

Poor customer service! Be careful what you buy!! I bought a toy (shape sorter) which was missing pieces of which I didn' t realize until I got it home. I attempted to return it 10 days later and purchase something else and was told I couldn't because it was beyond 7 days( by only 3 days). I was unaware there was such a short return time period. I was denied exchanging it for something similar that did have all the pieces and was told I couldn't do that either because of the same 7 day period. I questioned the "shift supervisor " why it wasn't indicated on the tag that it was missing pieces and was told " because it is marked lower." Lower than what?

Heard they were very racist at this location and it turned out to be true. Brought 2 boxes in and they said most of the clothes were torn and had stains. Went home to check and the clothes were exactly how I had folded them. The ones on the bottom of the box with the tags were still there. All bought in July for my newborn but he came out too big for them. Disappointed to say the employees clearly don’t do their jobs and sort through the clothes because so many of them were brand new with tags on them still.

Young ladies working there were very sweet and accommodating. I'm a larger lady and they let me use a foot stool to sit on while we waited for my daughter to be picked up for VBS then while I waited for a Lyft with all our parcels and a dollhouse lol They have nice things and the prices are reasonable.?

Worst experience. Management was flighty, disorganize, rude, and very mean. They could not be bothered folding clothes they passed on due to overstock of that size. Pushed a customer aside in the middle of checking out to help a regular customer. When customers asked if they could fold the clothes back up manager stated she was too busy to take the time to do so. Once they had finished with the regular customer they misplaced the buy sheet for the customer that they made fold the clothes up while they wasted her time so they could chit chat among the other employees while they made snide comments about customers bringing things in to sell.

Always love once upon a child but was really disappointed to find no changing table in the men's bathroom. You would think a child's store would have that. Dads change diapers too.
