The Elida performance car wash is trash. The hose was broke on the sweeper so $2 wasted and it smelled terrible. Then went in to the bay put in $3 and pushed the button for soap and that hose was broke too so it sprayed all over me. $5 wasted and noting got accomplished. The number for this place is bogus it goes to a different number voice mail. Will never go back save your money.

I’ll start off with the guy that maintains the place is a chill guy nothing against him met him when I had my first issue with the drive trough wash for my truck he suggested to wash it weekly so weekly I’ve been getting the super wash well today was different it got all these way to the soaping it got to the rear of the truck heard a loud pop then something hit my truck the wash arm jammed into my back bumper like it was trying to go through the middle scrapped up my back bumper dug straight into the steel and my tail light think I’m done going

The automatic machine worked. The trash cans was over flowing. The self car wash didn't accept card. The vending machine of little tree car scents was broken. Over all I would not recommend this place.

Do not use the vacuums! Tried multiple machines and it just takes your money and doesn't turn on. Tried to call and no one answers the phone. Do not use this place! So many complaints and I should have googled first. Ugh!

Debt card readers were not working on the self washes, air freshener machine wouldn't take change, and trash cans were over flowing.

Performance car wash should be re named poor performance car wash. It took my quarters and then the vacuum did not start. I moved over to a different vacuum and scent spray, the vacuum did turn on however the suction wouldn’t pick up a single crumb in my car and the scent machine just blew air.

The only reason we came here was the shampoo and spot remover function on the vacuum. It doesn't work though, and ate my money only to give me a vacuum again. There is no contact info for issues or refunds.

Vacuums hardly work if you can even get them to turn on after putting money in, high pressure water hardly got dirt off, foam cannon didn’t work, foam brush hardly worked. Credit card slots don’t work. One of the worst self service car washes I’ve ever been to.

This car wash used to be really good now it's just trash. Paid for the ultimate wash and my truck still has dirt on it. Maybe this place needs new owners that ain't lazy and ripping it's customers off. Would not recommend this wash Not even for a big wheel.

I don't think I have ever had a good experience at this car wash. That is, if it isn't broke. The card readers never work in the self serve bays. Never have used the brush wash, but the touchless side is broken half the time. The other half the time it always misses a step of the wash or has jets misfiring. Don't waste your time going here.

Please take better care of your business. Center bay the foam brush worked for maybe 2 min and I payed for 20 mins of wash time. I continued washing my truck with just water and your brush. Business hours I expected someone to be on site but no one there. Poor business strategy. Do not recommend hand washing at this facility.

Broken Exit Doors, Trap set, No one answers Trouble calls, Township claims many issues coming from people filling reports of damage. Management hangs up calls & Mail Box Full. . . Where is the BUSINESS OWNER???
