My massage from Kathy was such a great experience. Very relaxing, especially the hot towels, a nice surprise. I’m glad I didn’t wear makeup that day, since she massaged my forehead and cheeks too. My only advice is don’t go on an errand run after your massage, take a nap instead!

Marlene has been a wonderful guide in healing my neglected skin. I’ve had facial and I had procedures to help with a scar left from a childhood car accident. The texture and visibility is greatly improved. My skin continues to get “stronger”, heal faster and improve overall. Healing takes time but trust the process- Marlene won’t steer you wrong!

My husband and son gave me a PWS gift card that I used for a massage, and later I returned for a free facial consultation. After a $30 exfoliation by the owner, which was great, I was then pressured into buying very expensive skin products from Africa. When she texted me later, I told her they were drying my face out. I used them but did not buy more. Yesterday, I went for another exfoliation in preparation for a family reunion vacation. What was supposed to be something fun and special ending up being a nightmare. The owner called me back almost 25 minutes late, but never said a word to me walking to the room. I finally asked how she was and she mumbled “fine.” Upon entering the room, she immediately started in on the fact I hadn’t returned, asked what skin products I use, why I didn’t keep using the brand she sells, belittled what I use (No 7). Instead of being friendly and making conversation, she was rude, insulting, and ended it by telling me she couldn’t finish the exfoliation because of my skin—it wasn’t prepared like it would have been with her products. It hadn’t even been 10 minutes, so I asked, “That’s it? Last time you did a lot more for the same $30.” She said, “I can’t pay the bills with $30 facials,” (followed by a list of all her “bills”). “I need clients to buy the products to pay all the bills.” She had another client waiting, since she was 25 minutes late taking me back. She dried my face and it was done. The facial was nothing more than a fast cleansing that I could have done at home. She never talked to me on the way out to the front desk, never thanked me for coming nor invited me back. No worries—I wouldn’t ever go back. I thanked the receptionist and left. A bizarre experience and worst customer service ever, especially by an owner.

I went for consult and was told it would be $200 to remove the redness. I was charged $300. She said she did another procedure. A large red mark appeared where there hadn’t been one. Had to pay extra for light treatments to get rid of it. Now I have brown spots going down the right side of my face. I’m never going there again.
