Worst experience, Overly priced.
He claimed fixing something and charged $250, but i kept hearing noise. Went to him after a week, he claimed there is a new leak now and told me it would cost $100 to fix that. I told him I will come back and he started cursing at me. Very rude person.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Overly priced!!!
He serviced my car but missed a huge leak in exhaust, overly charged me at first place and then tried to charge extra for inspection. They will try their best to rob you. If you decline any service they would curse and yell at you. Extremely disrespectful. Never ever going back there.

To just check my battery it was 50.00 and the two men was so disrespectful to my young daughter and myself they cussed at us because I told them that was way to expensive they hurt my daughter she was scared never again ever wicked !!!!!

In past was proffessional and prompt overpriced though-- but last week needed repair - called -- said bring it in-- was a slovenly dirty mechanic began yelling at me and the elderly owner saying he din wanna work on electric things (replace starter) the grease monkey was menacing the elderly owner even and the owner showed signs of having been beat up -- i fear for this elderly owners safety as well as customer safety there

I came in from Arkansas for my Mother's and Uncle's memorial service. I was driving my husband's truck. It needed a new starter. I was able to take it to Rainbow muffler and they put a new starter in the truck. The service was excellent and timing was great. This trip was already emotional due to my Mother's and Uncle's passing
They really were my hero for this trip. Marvin (I think that was his name), was wonderful and super helpful.

I had a big problem for my vehicle, I was afraid if Rainbow Muffler couldn't fix it especially for a fair price that I might have to get rid of my vehicle. They were able to take care of the problem for me and at a great cost. Thanks again to everyone at Rainbow Muffler
