Disgusting. Not sure how the health dept hasn’t shut this place down. We were able to get a refund. Walked in to the room (#123) and went straight back to the desk to ask for refund
Black mold, broken appliances, overwhelming smell of filth.

Sketchy and dirty. I’d sleep just about anywhere and I regret spending money to have a bed to sleep in.. should have just slept in my car. The place is falling apart, broken glass and cigarette ashes on the side tables, towels are dirty and stained. I felt like I was squatting in an abandoned building and someone just made the bed. Not to mention that I was thinking I was going to have a cheap place to crash and then got charged $81.50 instead of the $39 that’s advertised online for a Thursday night. Yikes.

This place is great place to stay and they take care of you they give trucker discount and they take care of the rooms and stuff are kind

Smelled digusting. Left after a couple hours and should have asked for a refund but I couldnt stand that putrid place a minute longer. Going to be hearing from me again if I end up tracking bugs home or something.

I was harassed by the owners who run the hotel and manage the rooms, I booked a room for one night and somehow their system showed that I booked their room for three additional times for different rooms when I didn’t. They constantly called the room and harassed me and accuse me of doing this when I told him I didn’t do it and then they try to use a card that I previously use to book a room and try to charge me for those three rooms. I am highly unsatisfied and now I have to keep my card locked as they keep trying to charge me even though I haven’t booked there. And then they threatened to never let me book another room because they have a computer error on their end.

The toilets barely work, you're standing in your own water when taking a shower, the heater was broken the rooms are garbage.
The owner doesn't honor the price when you book on apps, he makes up fees. If you pay cash he charges you more and if you pay with a card he charges more. The Holiday inn is comparable and has 1000% better rooms and customer service.

Very helpful service and parts departments. I wasn't scheduled but they were going to squeeze me in until I realized that I just had a bad air filter.

Hands down the most disgusting, disturbing, horrific motel I’ve ever stayed in. Bugs everywhere, nauseating stench, dirty, filthy, vile conditions. Was moving cross country and stopped here before going to Michigan. Wish I would have just kept going. Was afraid to touch the sheets, brought in my own blanket since I didn’t want to touch anything in this room. Checked out as soon as possible and have never wanted to stop in the town of Lima ever again because of how scary this motel was.

They're absolutely HORRIBLE! Service is horrible. The man at the front desk kept harassing us about 25 dollars! Twenty five dollars for our one small, sometimes quiet, dog. There's cockroaches EVERYWHERE! In the ice machine, in the beds, in the fridge, in the microwave. They also smell so bad. My family and I had to light an insent to make it smell at least decent. Also there was a housekeeper that harassed my little sister and I while we were on our way out of the building. She kept saying something about pillows.
