0-5 I recently had my alternator replaced here after it broke down half way home from visiting family in IL, so this place was my only option. Easily one of the worst car dealerships when it comes to customer "service" and communication of all time. Although I'll admit they did replace the alternator at a very high price, they failed to communicate with me the reasons for why it failed in the first place and not a week later I'm stranded again without a vehicle just days before my wife is induced for our 3rd child. Luckily for a dealership much closer to home was able to take my vehicle in and proceeded to notify me that the initial issue that caused the alternator to malfunction in the first place was not fixed, and it was even mentioned on the report from this dealership but never mentioned to me. Why would I not want to get an oil valve replaced if it was leaking all over my alternator? Anyway, I had called this place prior to taking it in to another dealership and the woman I spoke with from Services stated that I'd the problem was the alternator that it would be covered in cost and I could send the new invoice to this place to get a refund. Long story short, it was an issue with the alternator and they also failed to fix the main cause of the reason it broke in the first place, and now this place won't answer/return my calls to cover the payment for the 2nd repair. For example, contacting service dept, and I would ask to speak to a manager - I literally heard the person ask someone else over the phone if the manager was in their office, other person confirmed, they transferred me and manager wouldn't take my call. This is after the 4-5x trying to contact someone to help me. Simply communicating to me that there was an oil leak that caused the problem in the first place would have likely avoided this entire situation but now I'm stuck in a horrible financial situation because this place refuses to help me and cover the cost of their mistakes.
