I highly recommend anyone looking for trash services to look elsewhere. Republic Services is VERY inconsistent and does not follow the set schedule they give customers for pick ups. They changed our pickup day recently without notifying us and refused to come and pick it up until the next “scheduled” day, which was a week later. However, I’m still not sure if that day will be Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday because it’s that inconsistent. Seriously, look elsewhere.

Have to report almost every week a missed pick up seriously unacceptable and Apparently even after calling and complaining they still don’t wanna pick up I contacting the BBB this isn’t right

BEWARE!! Used this company for almost 2 years. Just paid my bill 3 weeks ago a.d now they no longer service my neighborhood. I didn't receive a notice. I am furious

Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. Cancelled because they miss my trash every other week. Was told to leave empty can by the road and they would be by the 22nd to pick it up and my service was cancelled. They came and succeeded in emptying my empty can, and leaving it on the curb. Called back furious, they had not cancelled my service and now I have to wait another damn week for the idiots to come get their can. Good thing I have the last 5 messages with them recorded, if it's not gone soon I will get rid of it myself, which I told the lady. If billed for the can I gave them ample time to remove I will take them to court. Pathetic.

Where's trash service I have ever gotten. Last three weeks and they failed to pick up my trash and the day after trash day I have to call and they say they will bring someone out before the end of business day but no one ever shows
