Very easy. Only problem was is that the service to my tablet was shut off without warning or my consent and not sure what to do or who to call about that. The phone I have works but is slow.

This place sucks…you call you get no answer most of the time. No one is hardly ever there and the phones they give away for free are junk…if you are going to bribe customers into your business at least give a better product and a better attitude when customers have complaints about why their junk is slow
