Terrible. I'd say they are not consistent on picking up trash. It's definitely a trash company for sure, just not in the way you would hope...Do not recommend. Please someone buy this Trash company out of business...

They have missed picking up trash of myself and 3 neighbors. We are into the 3rd week of not having trash picked up. This is within the city of Lima. Have called them 4 different times about it. Told the same thing all 4 times. Have contacted the city of Lima about it. My neighbors and myself are hoping our trash can be picked up soon. Terrible service

We arranged to have 16 bags taken on July 3rd before company came over. The garbage guy picks up 9 1/3 filled bags and leaves the rest. We call and tell them he didn't get all the bags. They tell us he said he got 11. We said he got 9 that's why there is 7 left from the prearranged 16 bags. He said 11 so that's what we charge for. We said fine but get the other seven. They said ok. Noone gets them so we call back. Now the say he got 13 bags and the others were to heavy. Still charged us. A.W.S. AFFORDABLE WASTE SOLUTIONS thankfully took us as customers that day and came out got them right away. The to heavy bags? A 110 pound girl grabbed them one in each hand and tossed them in.

Unbelievable poor service. I terminated my trash service a month ago because of their failure to pick up my trash and they still have not removed the trash can full of trash.

We don’t use Rumpke, the previous person who lived here did. We’ve asked them multiple times to come get their trash can and they never do.

This trash company is nothing but trash. It is a continuous issue with our trash.Being picked up on a regular basis, The cost for service is a $150 every 3 months and half the time they dont show up, they leave a mess, and are rude as can be! Save ur money find a small company this one is wothless

Worst trash service ever, we pay $150 for 3 months and 2 weeks out of each month our trash is missed, there is a robotic arm that pics up the can and if somethung comes out they leave it, if ur at work neighborhood cats tear up the trash, this is always a on going issue! Last time trash man picked up the guy upstairs, my next door neighbors also, and skipped mine. I ran outside to stop the driver yelling "hey, hey, hey" and he just kept driving after making eye contact

DON'T use this company! They signed my business up on a contract? Got the bill for $75 sent them $300 then they called me next month and said my bill was over due. I said why is there an extra balance on my account? They said you have to call and ask us to use the extra money from my account to pay my bill WTH!!
I switched my business and home from them and telling all my friends and relatives to switch! They even admitted their billing system was terrible

I set up trash service to begin on March 7th... Today is the 15th and I've called them 5 times asking if there picking up my trash... they were supposed to come 4 times since the 7th. I'm not doing business with them after this. Very poor customer service.
Update.... its been almost 3 weeks, and i called the customer care team 5 times?? and they keep telling me every time someone will be out to take care of this issue.. and the trash is still on the curb.. Thanks for suggesting calling people who aren't helping. I'm starting service with a reliable company.

This is not my trash service, but I stopped a driver who was helping out a previous driver who left quite a mess in the street. He cleaned up the glass that was all over our street on Geneva Ln in Elida. I didn't catch his name, but he was a very nice older gentleman, and he did a great job! Thank you, kind sir, as you saved our tires and the children. In the neighborhood from potential cuts.

They just don't pick our trash up. And then they try to say we never put it out even though we did and refuse to do anything about it. Worst company I have ever delt with.

Reliable service, they come around the same time every week. My 3 year old loves garbage trucks.. when he waves to them and they give a soft honk back, it makes his day!

This company offers you horrible customer service when you call, and their price keeps increasing in one year, they don't notify you ahead of time!
