Awful service and slow download speeds. They tried to keep charging me after i transferred my account to a roommate, just to find out they never actually made the transfer even though he paid for a month after. Awful overall, there needs to be another internet provider in Lima

Horrible!!! Salesman straight up lie. Tell about anything to get a sell!!!
Quick version - when scrolling , tapped on it, ad saying no money, no hidden fees. Salesman saying true, me no way. Wasn't going to get it, bored and wanted to hear. $40 a month plus tax and get a phone for about $5 for a year, locked in guarantee. Talk me into it. Made a bet with him that I will get a bill saying higher
Didn't get phone. Wouldn't accept my cashier check from bank, said no good. $159 bill. Little over a month. Paid 159. Then was part shut off before the next month. With only a phone service. No tv or anything. Calls dropped. Could not watch a video without buffering bad

You wait in line for an hour or more. Mom is not able to stand there that long. Chairs are always taken. There 3 weeks in a row. Different days and times. Always the same.e situation.
They need more help to get customers thru faster.

Previous visits I’ve had at the Lima Ohio location I’ve been lied to. I was told my phone wasn’t compatible and I had to buy a new one thru spectrum. I was told insurance and auto pay was set up. I lost my phone working and when I called I found out the employee canceled my auto pay and I was being charged $5 a month and no insurance was ever added. (The extra $5 that was being taken out was actually a penalty for auto pay and not my insurance payment. I went back to the store found out that employee had quit and luckily I hit the jackpot with Austin. He was so professional, helped me thru the problem and the same phone the previous employee told me wasn’t compatible, Austin hooked right up and I didn’t have to get a new phone. He was amazing and I will ask for him every time

I love, Love Spectrum Service from Internet to Mobile. Issue, i have is with the Lima location employees! Wow is all I can say! Not helpful whatsoever, you go in and they are in little groups chit chatting about nothing, not helpful whatsoever. When you tell them what you need, they make you feel like you're and inconvenience to them. Do better Lima Spectrum!

I love how I have to reset my internet, modem and cable box at least 2 times a month. At least 2X . And nice generic response
