I am very pleased. Oscar, Rylie and Adriana were very helpful. Rylie strived to get me the best deal to save me the most money and get the deal that best fit my budget. Oscar was a big help when things took a turn and made them right. Adriana was very helpful and also has a very bright personality. Thank you!

I cannot even begin to express the frustration and anger that I have with them right now.
I visited the store, and was told we can get 4 lines - 2 free iPhone 14s and $830 towards new iPhone 16s.
We returned a week later and spent an hour and a half getting the account setup, changing the SIM cards on our 2 existing phones, and getting temporary numbers setup while they ported our numbers, they told us to come back the next day to order phones. We live 30 minutes away.
After leaving the store, they told us our phone numbers would port over and we would be good.
Upon returning to the store the next day, we explained that we still do not have our numbers ported over and are still using temporary numbers that no one knows - EVEN US!
The first question we got was can I have your phone number to look up the account - we didn’t know them. We were then asked to call each other to get the number - again, we didn’t know a number to call. They then decided to call the store and use caller id to get the numbers.
They had to get Verizon on the line with T-Mobile to determine a fix - which took quite a while.
At the end, we were told it would be best to get T-Mobile for business (even though we are not a business), because we could get 4 lines, 100gb hotspot for each line, Hulu, Netflix, and Apple TV all for around $140.
When I asked the store to help me activate the streaming services, they stated they could not help me and that I’d have to call their call center - UNBELIEVABLE.
At this point, I have spent 3 hours in the store - 1.5 hours on Friday evening, and 1.5 hours on Saturday.
I called the business support this evening to spend 1.5 hours on the phone with them to encounter the following problems:
1. My lines were suspended and they could not provide me an account number or temporary pin. They said I would have to go back to the store to get this resolved. I told them I would not be doing this and if I had to that all accounts would be cancelled. They then got tech specialists on the phone to handle it over the phone. Although they physically changed my sim, they said they had to update it. I read them my imei number to have them disconnect from the phone and service completely disconnect from my phone. After 10 minutes, they called my other line and then activated an eSIM on the original phone. They then wanted to do this on the phone I was now speaking to them on and I told them not to - I was already using a T-Mobile sim and didn’t need it changed. They said fine - and disconnected the tech support.
2. They began helping me setup my tlife account and I asked how to setup the streaming services (I already have the services, but was told we can merge the accounts for credits on my bill). While speaking with the manager, she stated we don’t qualify with our account for the discounts stated in the store.
3. While the support person was helping, I received a text stating that I am no longer qualifying for a discount that was applied. When I asked what that was and what my bill will be, she was quoting $20 more per month than what the store told me. I then told her to stop everything she was doing and that I will be in the store tomorrow because this was all completely unacceptable.
I have now invested 6.5 hours of my life (including drive time) into this terrible service - I could not recommend everyone to AVOID T-MOBILE more!

Never have service its always searching I have had the sim card changed 2 times and tell me to call tech support and they just tell me to turn my phone off and turn it on and to take it into the store and then they say it's fine but horrible services

I have a lot to say about this carrier. When they took over Sprint it has been a disaster. They erased my voice mails. When they put me on their plan my phone didn't work. I was at the store #2SPE Elida Rd, Lima ohio more than I was at home. They kept telling me " It's the towers" they're sending someone out to check it out. This happened every week. I still can't use my when I am in different places in town. I can't use it in buildings ex: the hospitals, clinics even Wal-Mart. I have spoke with EVERYONE that T Mobile has with the exception of a person that is higher up than Paul Sopko. The store will not give the phone number or email address for ANYONE higher up.I am paying for services with them that I can not use!!!! IF I WAS ABLE TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT CARRIER I WOULD!!By the way, I have never had issues with any other carrier. 1st time EVER!!IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER!!!!!!
