Although the front desk workers were incredibly kind and polite, I found the employee who took us back to her office to be somewhat rude. She was quite argumentative and kept talking over me. Whenever I tried to explain something, she would interrupt me and make me feel both stupid and unimportant. I was excited to setup an account with Superior, but after this interaction, I do believe I will be looking elsewhere.

Surely I made a bad mistake when my account was compromised, but I don't think I should have to come to the credit union everytime I need to check my account. I was denied access online features. Since this has happened I will be taking my deposits somewhere else.
