“Well we're do I Start? Recieved a yocan Draco mini grinder for Christmas that was purchase at the lima location, opened it up and found that it would not grind a bud. After doing extensive research on line i found that it was faulty motor. I contacted the lima store and connected to a guy that apparently was having a bad day. I explained to him my problem and he immediately started in me about improper use. LOL been using grinders when this kid was in diapers. Anyways long story short I ended up contacting corporate and a very nice lady by the name of Kelly took care of the issue and made them do an exchangewithout a hitch. Took grinder in and exchanged with no questions asked. Corporate personnel are very cooperative. In store personnel need a good time up on the attitudes.”
