We recently purchased an EV (Ioniq 9) from Tom Ahl Hyundai. The whole buying exprience was excellent! From the start, they offered very competitive pricing than others (prices actually matched what they advertised on the website) and didn’t take part in playing number games that many of us customers dread. I was very appreciative of that.
I was weary at first being an out of stater but everyone — Scott (Sales), Dustin (Finance), and Mindy (Co-Owner) — I dealt with was incredibly nice, professional, and importantly, honest. Never once did I feel pressured or confused about the purchase details.
On the day of pickup, they were able to pick me up locally, help setup the vehicle and demo all its high tech features, and sign forms & drive off —- all within 1.5 hours which was incredibly fast.
I am happy with the dealership, its employees, and the vehicle.
10/10 across the board!

I took my car in for an oil change and the staff logged me in as soon as I got there. I had some running around to do and they had a driver take me to where I needed to go and they picked me up when my car was ready. I loved the service.
