The employees were really lovely but I purchased two items (one for me and one for someone else) that came with a promotional free item and was told that they can only give one free item per customer even though they were seperate brand items in the same promotion.. I would understand if the signage clarified that, but false advertising is always disappointing. I hope they follow through with their advertisements in the future😔

REPLY TO OWNER...As a licensed cosmetology instructor of course I ask if I can't locate things, no one ever has been able to tell me when it will be in, yet ship to store doesn't work for me as I live 1hr 10min away. I've either made a special trip or had to come to Lima for a Dr appt ( which is only 2x a year) Not to mention I've got disabilities that make it even more difficult to come and browse. I go in and get what I need then sadly I've got to get off my legs so I can make the long drive home. ☹️ I miss being able to spend my time looking, however I can't anymore. Yet I come because you carry good quality makeup. I may not be able to do much....but I ALWAYS HAVE ON MY MAKEUP! LOL.....Btw...the Ulta Brand is really nice now! 😉

Lots of wonderful beauty options, just a bit pricey. Stopped in to use a gift card & I was asked once after being there 15+ minutes if I needed help (at that moment I didn't). I did have to wave someone down while standing in line to check out though to get some perfume out of locked case even though said employee helped someone else as I was standing there by the same case & didn't even acknowledge me standing there 🤷. She eventually got me what I needed because I literally waved her down in front of everyone before I checked out. Nature of the business I suppose. The cashier was super sweet though.

I was doing an exchange at my local Ulta store. The manager came to do the exchange. She was having a couple of issues with doing the process so she decided to do a return and just repurchase the item I wanted which is fine. But come to find out, she returned the item to my debit card instead of doing a merchandise credit so I can repurchase the new item. It wouldn't been so much of a problem if it was for me but it was a gift I bought for my daughter. So what if it wasn't my debit card I explained to the manager, she said well tell the person it's credited back to there card, but it's a christmas gift that I just got the wrong item and just want to exchange it. She tells me it's too late I can't reverse the return. So I was stuck paying over $100 for an item I already bought. So if people come in and exchange or return christmas gifts the store will just credit the person's account instead of giving them in-store credit. That's kinda bad because that person is now out of a christmas gift. I was very frustrated about this whole deal. I worked at a service desk at a retail for years so I know we would never do that. They will get an in-store credit. And the fact she walked away and didn't care. Well I wouldn't care either if it wasn't my money either. This is just ridiculous.
