I had LiVed today as my stylist and honestly I cannot say enough good things about her. She explained everything so well to me right down to the science of it all. She hyped me up the whole time making it feel like I was hanging out with a friend. She even took the time to help me pick out the shampoo and conditioner I needed to protect my hair for afterwards. She was probably the best stylist I ever had. She just made me feel comfortable and I trusted her process completely. I could not be happier with the results. Before and after photos below ?

I’ve been to this store 3 times now. Each time hoping for a different outcome. Never happens. I have never been greeted at the door but have purposely watched others get greeted. I’m sure it’s not personal but how else do you take it. I have never been helped even clearly struggling to find what I need. I see the young associates watching and following me but not asking to help me. Then when I go to ask for help she ignores me altogether. If this weren’t the only place that carried the product I was looking for I would never have purchased from here. I will not be returning to this store due to the personnel. As I was walking out the associate was standing in an aisle watching me leave so I held up my receipt to show her how good of a job she did following me to make sure I paid. As if I didn’t notice her. She was way too obvious

Nancy did a great job on mine and my boyfriends eyebrows. The girl that cut my boyfriends hair messed it all up. All he asked for was a simply fade and to fade the top with the bottoms and she didn’t cut the hairs around his ears. And did not blend the top in with the sides at all! Not happy with Elise who cut his hair. Will never be going back to her.

Today I had a Lesson service with LiVed, she was so helpful, with eyeshadow application. Even shared a lil bit on contouring and lips …. She also did a scalp exfoliation on me, was super relaxing ….. and my scalp feels amazing !!!

Everyone was so nice! My hairstylist Megan Leanne always does a phenomenal job. I’m always feeling better about myself and my hair when I leave her chair. I’m always happy with my results. She is the only one allowed to dye or cut my hair. She will help you find the right products for your hair if you ask! Love her and her work!
