They suck as a bank can't help you with anything and they close your accounts without tell you and then tell you they nothing you can do till you get a papier Check from work even if you have direct deposit and then start getting rude with you when you ask why they didn't notify you so over all I give them a -20/5 stars

This bank is entirely a joke. I’ve called to change my password and everytime my account gets locked. I tried to pay my boyfriend back for something? Card gets locked. You’d think of a fraudulent transaction happens they’d call. But no instead I have to call them and tell them to unlock my card. I wish I could give negative stars

I wish that I could give a negative star review. I have been doing my business banking through here for four years now. It has nothing but struggle dealing with their outdated structure and banking features! Now after attempting to report the 20th fraud alert this year, so that I could get my card working again, they have shut my business card down all because I said a supervisor of mine had the card on his person at that moment! Now ALL of my business is at a complete stand still! Absolutely terrible bank DO NOT DO IT! After four years I couldn't name a SINGLE thing that they do better than ANY other bank! Worst one by far!
