You guys are nothing but a joke and for me to go in there and ask why have I been calling for days and you can’t answer the phone and then you’re a little worker at the front desk says that you guys are understaffed so you literally just let the phone ring and no one can answer it but her and another girl just walking around talking the whole time I’m there The fact that I haven’t got mail for weeks and you guys can’t even return someone’s phone call a supervisor can’t even sit there and get a hold of me and then my packages can’t be delivered and no one knows where they are at this point what the mailman stole them ?? You guys are the worst service ever.

Horrible office the workers are absolutely verbally abusive to you when you ask for help they refuse to answer the phone at all I tried calling multiple times for them to answer and immediately hang up they refuse to deliver my packages to my address and they marked as vacant when it’s not!!!!! Horrible office!! I just want my packages to be delivered

What an absolute joke the post office is will not answer a phone I’m been trying to call the last 2 days a dozen times a day. They either lost or delivered a important package and won’t answer a phone won’t contact me to try and fix.. what a joke

Some of the absolute worst service I've ever received. I ordered a package that was shipped from this location, I then waited 3 days with not a word from the USPS, only then to be told my item will be delayed close to a week. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping costs if the item is going to be that late, not to mention the non communication on the part of the company. I will avoid this courier for future purchases.

I was expecting mail with a card inside, I never received it but I received everything thing else. It’s been a week and a half. There’s no way to speak with a live person. Something is off with the mail carriers in Lima. No one has been able to help me and keep redirecting me to the post office.

I came to the post office last month to mail my mom Mother's Day card off that had a gift card in it. She has not received the card yet. It's a shame you can't trust the staff at the post office or the delivery person.

According to USPS tracking, my package arrived at the Lima, Ohio post office (where I live) on March 26th. Instead of delivering it they sent it to the Columbus Grove, Ohio office. From Columbus Grove they sent it to Columbus, Ohio office. Left there and went to the Findlay, Ohio office. Left there and went BACK to Columbus, Ohio (arrived in 48 minutes but it's almost 2 hrs away🤔). It then left Columbus, Ohio and made it BACK to Lima, Ohio (in only 7 minutes 😒). You'd think they would deliver it to me right? Wrong, they shipped off again. We are now 8 days in from the 1st time it arrived at the Lima Post office and it's currently in Paulding, Ohio. What's the problem? It's been in town twice. What are you all doing?

Not a single update as to what’s going on with my package other than “USPS in possession of item” since December 7th. It’s bad that this isn’t the only case. Almost sounds like fraud. Would love to see this improve in the future. Note: I understand this is the holidays, but not a single update in 10 days is very bad.
