“Our cat, Poe, suddenly had a medical emergency at 2am. We gave a quick call and made the trip there. They let us in immediately and quickly got to examining our sweet boy. The doctor gave us the options but was straight forward in what the odds were for recovery. She did this all with compassion and care for us, and Poe. We made the decision to end his suffering and we will never forget the love the doctor showed to Poe as he passed. She let him know how much he is loved and mourned with us. As painful as it was to go through this event, the doctor and staff helped us through with extreme professionalism and compassion, and for that, we are forever grateful.”
“This was my first visit to Heidt after a not so great experience elsewhere, and every step of the process was wonderful! From booking the appointment on the phone to the staffs welcome when I arrived, to seeing the veterinarian it was all great. It was also the fastest vet visit I’ve ever experienced and rather than seeing a vet tech before the veterinarian, we immediately were seen by him. He was quick and professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly, he also then showed me how to provide the medication for the ear infection (and thank goodness because I would have done it wrong lol). I kid you not we were in and out of the office in under 20 minutes! And everyone we spoke to was SO kind”
