Our cat, Poe, suddenly had a medical emergency at 2am. We gave a quick call and made the trip there. They let us in immediately and quickly got to examining our sweet boy. The doctor gave us the options but was straight forward in what the odds were for recovery. She did this all with compassion and care for us, and Poe. We made the decision to end his suffering and we will never forget the love the doctor showed to Poe as he passed. She let him know how much he is loved and mourned with us. As painful as it was to go through this event, the doctor and staff helped us through with extreme professionalism and compassion, and for that, we are forever grateful.

Nothing has changed. They really don’t care about your pet they only care about the money that’s the first thing that pops out of their mouth is money and then when they have an emergency come in. Oh yeah, they get really nasty with you when you call and ask why they let another person in and they make you wait and you call them and they get nasty with you and that’s very unprofessional people and I just left I said screw this I just Left and I should’ve listen to my gut instinct about This Veterinarian Hospital I’m glad I left my dog still alive. They would have probably of killed her. Don’t take your pets to them. They will give them some medicine and then they’ll have a reaction then die on you. that’s what happened to my cat snaps. He is dead. He died in the car on the way home, so yeah I do not like these people. They are greedy.

Very impressed with this veterinary service. We tried our regular vet who was not available at 3 a.m., so we drove to Lima for help. The staff there was top notch, caring, professional and knowledgable. Thank goodness for the care our dog received. Would HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

I was kinda laughed at when I called and explained my cat's emergency. I was told it was silly for a cat to die of constipation. They refused to see her, because we didn't have immediate funding. We were literally in the middle of moving houses. She compared their services to an ER. Which was insulting, because ER will treat you and bill you. My cat died that night. The people there may be compassionate in person, but they were cold and laughed at me on the phone.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was when I had to bring my Mastiff in this weekend. They treated us with respect, courtesy and compassion from the initial phone call throughout the appointment. They told us step by step what they were going to do and what to expect. They discussed options in ways I could understand and were so patient and kind. I will recommend this clinic to anyone needing emergency care for their pet.

I had to do the hardest decision that ive ever had to do and put my bestfriend of 15 years down on sunday afternoon. They made us feel super comfortable and gave us as much time as needed. They were very comforting and thoughtful and appreciate the care that came from all the staff and doctor. Thank You!!

Quick to get in a room and see the vet. Check out took a little while, but the important part was very quick. Total time in office was 2 hours. That is only 1/4 of the wait time to see a vet at other places.

When my kitten, Smokey, was sick and acting very strange, I called and made an immediate appointment for him to get looked at. Thinking the absolute worst, . I was prepared to say goodbye to him, but the vet just discovered he had a very high fever from a bacterial infection brought on by a virus. Antibiotics and care, and he is back to his healthy self. He still has some after effects that may take some time to heal, but I'm grateful that they were there when I thought the worst was going to happen. Price was normal for a visit, and I gladly would pay to make sure any of my pets that are ill get treated when my normal vet is closed. Thank you for being open 24 hours. The pic is him eating and drinking after two days of not being able to from the fever.

Worst Veterinary, experience in history! My dog died 6 hours after supposed care, I feel due to lack of care and sky-rocketing prices! They only care about money! These people should be sued! I have read so many bad reviews! Similar to my experience! 500.00 and no pain meds. I held my baby dog as she took her last breath at home! May God's wrath fall on you and all your houses!

We took our 7 year old dog in Saturday the 26 of Oct 2023. We paid 499.00 yes we found out she had liver, gallbladder swelling and chronic pancreatitis. Before this our vet just told us it was seizures! For 499.00 they didn't even give my baby pain meds. I, was assured by the vet they would give her pain meds! I was on the phone as we have other animals and with my genetic disorder chronic fibrosing pancreatitis kept me home. I know the pain she was in! They gave us electrolytes and entyce for free. They were supposed to give her pain meds! Gabipentin, well, 6 hours after her visit my baby died in my husband's arms! I was going to get her Benadryl, the only thing I could give for the pain! She was breathing so hard when I left the house, time was critical! My husband calls me bawling his eyes out telling me to get home now! I was driving as fast as I could within the legal limits. I get home and my baby is gone! Our baby died suffering. I had given her pedialite, via syringe, rubbing her throat to make her swallow! Chicken broth low sodium.. Baby flake rice, massaging her throat an ml at a time! Her breathing from the pain was so bad, bradypnea, and all of this for 500.00 with no pain meds! She couldn't fight anymore! While I was gone she looked into my husband's eyes who was holding her and took her last breath. Not only did our hearts break but my adult children, my cats whom she considered her children, and my other two dogs! No pain meds after being told she was in pain! Extortion is what this was! They wanted 400.00 more to hydrate her! Where have the vet's hearts gone? Animal care on my left foot! We all know they can write it off for tax purposes, as I work for a fostering group for cats and this was uncalled for I'm disgusted! I have cried for over 24 hours! This vet overcharged and did not give pain meds which she said: “she would give meds” not even take home meds! so my baby died from pain! I am saddened by the loss of empathy in this world of animal care! If only my regular vet was opened! All I can say at this point is: “Why wasn't this vet more upfront and why didn't they suggest Euthanasia? “ Yes, it would have been horrible but not as horrible as knowing a member of my family died in pain. I know her pain I suffer it every day! We need to start a petition on how much vets can charge for care because these drugs, ultrasounds, and treatments are not new! Just like human care is not new and prices are outrageous! God, please bring more empathy and sympathy for the animals they treat! I pray for more empathy, lower prices, better staff, and that God intervenes with cases like my little 9 lb baby and larger animals! God bless the mess they have made of animal care! God bless all the broken hearts from vet care that is so costly, that no one can afford it! In Jesus Holy name reach these vets and humble them so greatly that they remember we are caretakers of animals! They owe animals better than the care my poor baby received. Psalms 29:11.From a broken-hearted family - do better next time.Remember your first love of this job!Remember animals cannot talk, but you see, and know their pain. Give more of yourself to this profession and if you can't, pray because we depend on you for our animal's very lives.I will thank you for trying. But, we are disappointed in your office and right now you have a one-star rating, because I know you can do better! So next time please be more helpful, remember your purpose! Love of animals, not money! Break the rules if you have to! But tend to what the animal needs no matter what!

We took my grandmothers cat to this emergency vet on Saturday. The doors were locked at 3 pm and we had to wait on someone to unlock the doors. We told the vet, Ariana Dadario, that our cat hasn’t been eating or drink much over the past 3-4 days and that his belly was sore. After an ultrasound Dr. Dadario stated that he had bladder stones. They gave him a fluid bolus under the fur, a shot for pain and pain meds to take home. The entire appointment felt rushed and I feel that is where so many mistakes were made. We were basically rushed out the door, and she kept reassuring us he should be ok until Monday when our original appointment was set. Our cat passed away Sunday Had they given more fluids in an IV and maybe got some labs this could have been prevented. Had he been treated properly we believe he would have made it to his appointment on Monday and been fine. My grandmother is deeply depressed over this. Straight up negligence. No compassion whatsoever.

Some of the bad reviews had me nervous- but the staff couldn’t have been more caring and compassionate. We had made the decision to have our 15 year old cat euthanized and the staff was so kind and accommodating. It’s never an easy decision, but having a caring staff helping you through the process makes a huge difference.
