I don't understand how you regularly do not collect our trash. On a monthly basis we can expect at least one week where you flat out dont bother to show up. And then this past Thursday when you were supposed to collect our garbage, you actually had it posted that you did collect our garbage when you did not! we called and at first they lied about it and said it was picked up then then they said oh they would be here on Monday cuz the westher was too bad on Thursday... thats a first.. and then of course on Monday they gave us The exact same excuse that the weather was too bad for them to pick up our trash when the sun is shining and the roads are absolutely dry on this day February 10, 2025 !!!! they wouldn't be here till Thursday so it's been two weeks by the time you show up next! IF you show up. Just because people live in the country doesn't mean they're trash Doesn't deserve to be collected. We pay you every month on time. You need to start doing your job. It's laziness. It's laziness on the part of waste management. It's laziness on the part of their customer service representative, who are very smug and snide when you call. I don't understand the good reviews here because we haven't had a good experience with this company AT ALL! And who doesn't recycle in this day and age who doesn't offer that is an option that's just flat out insanity.

Never got call from your company about escalation on our account and still waiting for reimbursement for property thrown out that was never touched before in 3 years. We canceled our service due to modern customer service and no one escalating our issue or refund us for destroyed property.

The driver comes to collect our refuse on the day that collection is scheduled; the office in Lima alerts us to any change of date for collection because of a holiday. The driver leaves our toter in a place where we can easily return it to its storage space. The toter bin is large enough to contain all of our trash for most weeks.
