“I was in a jam and needed wheel studs for one of our company vans. A 2019 ford. Dealer said they was not sold seperate and we would have to buy the hub. Hub is on national back order and not available. Local parts stores were no help also. Called a friend in the tire business and he said did you try Napa in Lisbon. They will look in the book and not rely on computers. I called and gave Jesse the measurements. Within minutes he had a part number. I told him i was about a hour away and he said it was fine if i tried to get them local. He gave me the part number and I found a local Napa that had enough to get us going. Van was down for only around 5 hrs. Very friendly and wanted to help.”
“This place took good care of us while we were on vacation. We got a flat tire literally right at their front door. They came out and put the spare on and ordered a tire and it came in the next day. They are AWESOME.”
