We bought my daughter’s first car from here. From the second we walked in I felt welcomed and taken care of. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Lisa walked us through the entire process from A to Z and Jay came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. Eric even popped in to say hello. It’s a great atmosphere and you could tell you were buying a car from knowledgeable, trust worthy people. I went there on a reference of a friend who has bought multiple cars there. We will be return customers. If you’re in the market, give them a look.

I was charged $20 for a VIN number inspection. The title department told me it should have been a $5 fee. I called a different car lot and was also quoted $5. This place seems very dishonest. I will not be a returning customer.

I bought a 2012 Chrysler town and country from Jmullins in December, within 2 days a light came on the dash. I called and they made sure to make it right, had me in the shop immediately and took care of everything! 5 outta 5 stars. wonderful customer service

I bought an economical used car for my 15 year old from Joe Flasco at JMullen Motors earlier this year. I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted and was helped appropriately every step of the way. Joe offered me all the extras dealerships typically offer, but didn't use the high pressure sales tactics I've experienced at pretty much every other dealership I've been to during this long, long, excruciatingly long process. The pricing was transparent and negotiations were quick, polite, and fruitful for all parties. The paperwork part was easy and well organized, and Joe went out of his way to accomodate an inconvenient schedule on my part.It was as good an experience one gets when paying an expensive bill and if I HAD to do it again, I would check the lot at JMullen first.Thanks Joe!

I'm a little bit on the fence about it they did the brakes on the truck and I'm still getting a grinding sound check the rear end fluid it was a little low added some to it and there is a oil type substance on the brake pads emergency brake cable hanging way low left them a message on their phone and never got a call back. I guess we will see. Will you buy warranty until you have $100 deductible and you think that's all you have left to pay according to this car lot that is not true. Turned out it had bad bearings in the rear and the water pump leaking. I would consider taking the vehicle to a shop and have it looked over before you buy one there !!!

Excellent owner, sales staff and garage. I've bought my last 5 cars from them in the last 8 yrs. They all still run great my kids drive all of them but my last one i purchased . I also have had my cars oil changed here and other services they did a great job. This is a trustworthy used car lot.
