Dean is great! I took my car to him to have my window regulator replaced. It was done the same day, he explained what he did, and showed me the old part and pointed out what had caused the issue. I live about 40 minutes away in Strongsville and heard about Dean's shop from my Dad. I will CONTINUE to take my car here even with the drive. I trust Dean and am quite pleased with the work he did.
