Rude management toward employees. After working for a Narc for a while, I can't handle that kind of treatment toward an employee.

Terrible experience, utter absentee nonsense as owners, utter disregard for extremely toxic conditions and treat the premises as their own personal little fiefdom and will call the police rather than listen to any feedback that doesn't feed their delusions. Complete lack of appreciation and gratitude, ran off three potential kitchen managers in less than six months as a result of their complete mismanagement of their business. Always on vacation, delegating authority to the worst possible candidates who refuse to prioritize the task or communicate with workers, creating issues that don't need to exist and refusing to address issues that could be easily fixed. Do not give these people your business if you have any empathy for workers who slave away for uncaring, absentee owners who would rather bully and insult people who have served them loyally than open an ear. Too cheap to get any sort of clock-in computer, and instead of calling a simple kitchen meeting to address serious issues of neglect of duty, they threatened to implement some system of watching surveillance and docking pay accordingly- the logistics of which would be completely unmanagable, as it would require someone to watch all of the footage, every week. Which, if that was being done, then many of the issues would never have continued because it would have been seen on the footage. It's just a string of broken promises, stringing you along, and the only measures to correct it seem unethical, likely illegal, and only beneficial to THEM as it only serves to recoup their perceived losses and not actually address the problems of people not signing in honestly, and slacking off on the job. They have fostered an incredibly hostile environment where the staff are all very young, and rather than demonstrate their value by working hard, they instead constantly gossip and rat on each other about what they're not doing. It is extremely unpleasant, and many employees have experienced heightened amounts of anxiety and depression and eventually had to seek employment elsewhere due to the adverse effects of working there, resulting in a revolving door of a staff
