“I was able to pull right up to the front door. (Not in a handicapped spot of course.) I was greeted with enthusiasm by the staff when I entered. I was able to see exactly where I needed to go to from the front door. I was very happy to see the good old, big and thick book of oil and air filters promenantly displayed in the rear of the store. The book was even in excellent condition! Which made it easy to find the air filter I needed for my 2013 Ford F-150 XLT. I was able to get the cover lifted up enough to remove the old filter with a bit of muscle and persuasion. After picking up a K&N filter and making an attempt to install it, I found that I was having a lot of trouble getting the top of the filter box back on. Even before I got back to the front door, one of the employees was coming out to check on me I think. We found what the issue was together! A factory installed hose clamp that needed loosened, almost to the point of coming apart. Doing so allowed me to separate the air hose leading to the engine from the outlet on the top of the air filter box. With the air filter top free, I could now get the angle required to get the tabs on the right side to properly go in. Which finally let me latch it back down. Props to AutoZone for letting me use one of thier large screwdrivers. They even let me in the back to wash my hands real quick. Very kind of them!Overall, a good experience!”
