I would never purchase another beef done by them again. The beef was not hung 7 to 10 days so that it would be tender when I got it this past April. My beef is so tough and I have tried so many ways to tenderize it but so far I haven't found anything that works. I would certainly not recommend anyone to use them for processing my meet.

We have taken cattle there for several years. It is very clean and neat place they are very helpful explaining things to new customers. My customers have been extremely happy with the beef that they have had processed and say how professional they are there. We at D and J McAfee grained beef highly recommend Mullenix`s Meat Processing.

By far the best processor we have ever used. Clean, organized, friendly, and our packaging is perfect every time. We have sent several steers for different customers that buy the steers from us and our customers are always very happy with the cuts an wrapping.
