Renters Beware! The owner was very friendly when registering. He does things the old fashioned way. However, a month later our unit unknowingly had water leaking into the backside ruining all of our furniture. I contacted the owner explaining the situation and all he had to say is that he is not liable. We as renters do understand the written agreement. However, as an owner you can show a lot more sympathy and customer service.

Highly do not recommend. wanted to get my stuff out of my storage building the first weekend in December which was the 3rd and 4th when I told him he put a lock on my building and wouldn't let me have my stuff until I paid the whole month of December for 2 days
